A supplier that installs, not just a box on a shelf
Plenty of companies will sell you a reader. Fewer will survey the site, pull the cable, commission the software, train your admin team and still answer the phone two years later.
- Direct distribution from ZKTeco, Suprema, OZAK, CAME, Haywards and Tansa, so pricing is competitive and stock is real.
- Our own installation and commissioning engineers — the people who quote the job are the people who deliver it.
- Hardware specified for UAE conditions: outdoor-rated readers, IP-rated enclosures and stainless turnstiles.
- Integration with HR, payroll, CCTV, fire alarm and building management, not just a standalone door lock.
- Spare parts held locally and an annual maintenance contract if you want guaranteed response times.
- Support for civil defence and SIRA-aligned requirements on fail-safe release and escape routes.
Brands we supply and support
We hold distribution for the manufacturers we install, which means genuine hardware, firmware support and warranty handled locally.
Industries we work in
Different sites need very different answers. A labour camp gate and a bank’s executive floor are both access control, and almost nothing about them is the same.
From first call to handover
A straightforward four-step process, with a named engineer on your project throughout.
Site survey
We visit the site, measure openings and confirm door counts, power and network routes.
Specification & quote
You get a written quotation with datasheets, drawings and a clear scope of works.
Supply & installation
Our own technicians install, wire and commission the hardware and software.
Training & support
Staff handover, admin training and an annual maintenance contract if you want one.
Access control systems built for UAE buildings
An access control system does two jobs at once. It keeps people out of places they should not be, and it gives you a defensible record of who went where and when. In the UAE that second job matters more than most buyers expect — HR disputes, contractor claims, insurance questions and civil defence inspections all get easier when the door log is complete and trustworthy.
The right system depends far more on the building than on the brand. A single-tenant office with sixty staff and four doors needs a controller, a handful of readers and clean HR integration. A tower lobby needs speed gates that move hundreds of people in the morning peak without a queue reaching the street. A labour accommodation block needs full-height turnstiles that work unmanned, outdoors, in August. We supply and install all three, and the survey comes before the quotation for exactly that reason.
Biometrics, cards and mobile credentials
Face recognition has become the default for new UAE installations: it is contactless, it is fast enough for a busy entrance, and there is no card to lend to a colleague. Fingerprint is still the value option and still the right answer for many doors, provided you specify an outdoor-rated reader where the door is exposed. Cards remain useful for contractors and visitors, and mobile credentials are worth considering where staff already carry a phone everywhere. Most sites we deliver end up using two of the three together.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an access control system cost in Dubai?
It depends on door count, credential type and whether turnstiles are involved. A single-door fingerprint or face terminal is an entry-level item; a multi-lane speed gate installation in a corporate lobby is a project cost. Send us the door schedule or a floor plan and we will return a written quotation, normally within 24 hours.
Do you supply as well as install?
Yes. We supply the hardware, install and wire it, commission the software, integrate it with your HR or CCTV system and train your team. We are not a box-shifter, and we do not sub-contract the installation out to a third party.
Which turnstile type suits my building?
As a rule of thumb: tripod turnstiles for cost-effective staff entry, speed gates for corporate lobbies where appearance and throughput matter, swing barriers for accessible lanes, and full-height turnstiles for unmanned perimeters and labour accommodation. We will recommend a type once we know footfall and the opening width.
Can the system integrate with our existing HR or payroll software?
In most cases yes. The terminals we supply export attendance data in standard formats and the major platforms offer APIs or database-level integration. Tell us which HR system you run and we will confirm the integration route before you commit.
Do you cover Abu Dhabi and the northern emirates?
Yes. We operate from Dubai and Abu Dhabi and cover all seven emirates for supply, installation and ongoing maintenance.
What happens during a power failure or fire alarm?
Turnstile arms and gate wings are configured to release on fire alarm and on power loss, so the escape route stays clear. Door locks can be specified fail-safe or fail-secure depending on whether the door is on an escape route. We set this up to match the civil defence requirement for your building.
