This policy explains what we do with the information you give us through this website. It is deliberately short, because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you send us an enquiry we receive the name, company, email address, phone number, emirate and project details you choose to give us. If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is held in WhatsApp under their terms. We also collect standard server logs and, where enabled, anonymous analytics about pages viewed.
What we use it for
Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and carry out any work you go on to order. We do not sell your data and we do not pass it to third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries and quotations are kept for as long as needed to serve the customer relationship and to meet UAE record-keeping obligations, then deleted.
